Today, Elvis serves as the Quality Assurance Manager at Southern Meats, a state-of-the-art abattoir in Goulburn, New South Wales, which supplies premium lamb and mutton products worldwide under the Fine Brand label. In this role, he ensures strict compliance with AUS-MEAT, AS, EC, and USDA standards, safeguarding product quality, safety, and efficiency. His work is more than technical oversight — it is about upholding integrity in global food systems and ensuring that Australian produce maintains its premium reputation in international markets. His meticulous attention to detail and results-driven mindset have made him a trusted leader in his field, someone who bridges industry expertise with a strong sense of responsibility.
